A surcharge of HK$10 per trip will be charged for door-to-door collection (remote sender) and/or door-to-door delivery (receiver remote) in remote areas of Hong Kong.

ii. Free Shipping for any purchase of $300 or more (via Post Office Registered Mail)

Please note that only applicable to residential and business addresses. Post office needs to take 3 to 5 working days for processing and delivery.

iii. Self-pick up in  Tsuen Wan Office

Address: Unit 1-2, 2/F, Mega Trade Centre, 1 Mei Wan Street, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong (Tsuen Wan MTR Station exit A)

Office Hours: Monday to Friday 10:00am-12:30pm,2:00pm-5:30pm Saturday/Sunday & Public holidays closed

  • Sketto Limited promises shipping goods within 2 working days after payment confirmed.
  • Any orders will be confirmed by final decision of Sketto Limited & payment confirmed. Orders will be cancelled, and stock will not be hold if payment has not been received within 3 days!
  • Please check “Shipping Address” & “Recipients’ Name” carefully before making an order. Sketto Limited will not be responsible for “Extending delivery time” & “Extra shipping charge” because of incorrect shipping address.
