“Octopus Watch” Conditions of Warranty

Warranty Period: Within one year after the date of purchase with presented purchase receipt
SKETTO LIMITED（the “Company”）warrants that the Company will repair or replace this watch free of charge if the watch malfunctions within the warranty period. The warranty is not applicable to the replacement of battery, case, glass, strap or damage caused by improper treatment, alternation, swimming or accident. If a new watch is replaced, this new watch has no initial stored value. The Company shall not be liable for any interference. You are strongly recommended to utilize all value left in the Octopus Watch until the balance is zero (but not Negative) before handing the Watch over to us for repair or examination.

  • Terms & Conditions for “taSukaru Octopus Watch”:
    1. This Octopus is designated as a “Sold Octopus” and is subject to the “Conditions of Issue of Octopus” (downloadable from Octopus website at www.octopus.com.hk, dispatched or displayed at designated transport stations).
    2. This Octopus functions as a normal Child/Adult/Elder.
    3. This Octopus has no initial stored value, please add value before using.
    4. This Octopus has no deposit and is non-returnable.
    5. If the value on your Octopus is zero or negative, it cannot be used until it is reloaded.
    6. This Octopus is an electronic product with limited life depending on factors such as utilization, varying storage conditions and operating environment.

Terms & Conditions for “SakuSaku Sold Adult Octopus Ornament”:

  1. This Octopus is designated as a “Sold Octopus” and is subject to the “Conditions of Issue of Octopus” (downloadable from Octopus website at www.octopus.com.hk, dispatched or displayed at designated transport stations).
  2. This Octopus functions as a normal Adult Octopus.
  3. This Octopus has no initial stored value, please add value before using.
  4. This Octopus has no deposit and is non-returnable.
  5. If the value on your Octopus is zero or negative, it cannot be used until it is reloaded.
  6. This Octopus is an electronic product with limited life depending on factors such as utilization, varying storage conditions and operating environment.
